N'Zuri Za Austin is an author, poet and award-winning screenwriter whose journey into film began in 2014. She first attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she majored in Business. She later changed her degree to Mass Communication with an emphasis on Journalism. After being introduced to the world of film by her former professor, Austin soon realized that the true beauty of words were in the motion they created, and so set out to write life. She is the 2016 ABFF TV One Screenplay Winner for her script, "Tale Of A Script", which was optioned by TV One.
